Descriere

Helical milling cutter for CNC machine, made of HSS material, with 30 degrees clearance angle.

With its upcut profile, it is recommended to use the cutter when cutting face down for best results.

The rotor speed should be lower in proportion to the feed rate to keep the cutter temperature within the optimum cutting parameters.

It is recommended to cut semi-rigid materials such as PVC, HIPS, Cellular Polypropylene, PET, because the cutting speed of these materials is easily within the cutting parameters of the tool.
