Descriere

Straight milling cutter for CNC machine, made of HSS material.

With its straightcut profile, it is recommended to use the cutter when cutting straight channels in the workpiece.

The rotor speed should be higher in proportion to the feed rate, to keep the cutter temperature within the optimum cutting parameters.

It is recommended to cut hard non-ferrous materials, such as ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) and any type of hard composite, due to the fact that the cutting speed of these materials is easily within the cutting parameters of the tool.
