CNC machine cutter, made of HSS material, chrome acid anodized (CAA) coated and with 20 degrees clearance angle.
With its upcut profile, it is recommended to use the cutter when cutting face down for best results.
The rotor speed should be slower in proportion to the feed rate to keep the cutter temperature within the optimum cutting parameters.
It is recommended to cut hard non-ferrous materials, such as ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) and any type of composite, due to the fact that the cutting speed of these materials is easily within the cutting parameters of the tool.
